  1. The Consent covers processing both by automated means and without them. It is given before I connect my first mailbox, by ticking a box in Mailtalk next to a link to the text of the Consent. The Operator records the version of the Consent text, its language, and the time and IP address the Consent was given from.

  2. The Consent covers the following personal data:

  • account data: email address and whether it is confirmed, username, a link to my profile picture, a hash of my password - if I signed up with an email address;

  • data that Mailtalk and the language model produce from my mail: summaries, tasks and due dates, priorities, categories, suggested replies, fragments of text with their vector representations for search;
  • my search queries, questions about my mail and instructions for a reply;
  • usage data: usage events and daily activity marks;
  • the record of this Consent: the version of its text, its language, and the time and IP address it was given from.

  3. The Consent is valid for as long as I use Mailtalk and for 1 (one) year after I stop, or until I withdraw it. Mailbox data and mail content are processed while the mailbox is connected to Mailtalk.

  4. I may withdraw the Consent at any time by writing to the Operator at the address above or at hello@mailtalk.ru. Withdrawing the Consent means I stop using Mailtalk; my personal data is then deleted as described in section 10 of the Privacy Policy.
